Rocky Lawrence – Connecticut Delta Blues

Rocky in Helena, Ark.


Rocky Lawrence is a Connecticut artist that has toured the world playing Delta blues.  He is the foremost performer of Robert Johnson’s music in the world today.

Beyond that are the touring he did with Hubert Sumlin and more recently with David “Honeyboy” Edwards.


Just last week he had the chance to show off his acoustic talents with Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes at an Allman Brothers concert at the Beacon Theater.

They are performing Katrina an original Rocky Lawrence composition.
