Headed to the Shamrock Bar & Grill in Waterbury for Shaka & the Soul Shakers and the Balkun Brothers.
Was joined by a number of cousins for an evening out.
Food was good and the bar was well stocked.
Drummers Nick and Rob before the music started.
The crowd was gathering.
Drinks made their way to our table.
And some fun was had with the food.
Bruce introduced Shaka and band
or a message from Shaka.
After a set that got the audiences cranked, it was time for the Balkun Brothers.
Steve took the time to welcome people and introduce the band.
Steve started smokin’ on the guitar and showed why they wowed the audiences in Memphis.
The dance floor had people coming and going.
Check out Nick’s drum kit.
Had time to pose for a photo with my sister and Lynn and Ed.
Time to go.
