Pennsylvania Blues Fest – Sunday

_dsc9940-2

It is the 25th year of Blues in the Poconos.  Always a good time as people from all over attend.  The BluesBeatNews Blog will cover the acts in three posts, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Then, two more for the evening concerts.  With so many things going on, I am adding another Blog to cover the people I saw.  Using my 500 mm lens I also took a number of crowd shots.  The Main Stage and a comfortable seat kept me away from the Tent Stage but I will list the acts.

Acts for Sunday at the TentStage:

  • Harrison Kennedy
  • Vanessa Collier
  • The Campbell Brothers
  • Harrison Kennedy
  • Andy T Nick Nixon Band

The day’s  fare on the Main Stage:

  • The Campbell Brothers
  • Andy T Nick Nixon Band
  • Toronzo Cannon
  • Delmark Chicago Revue
  • Ronnie Earl

Happy to read that the rain held off!
An a cappella blues group–that intrigues me.

Nice pics Dom!  It was an excellent Festival.  My favorite was Toronzo Cannon. Also big fans of Kenny Neal and the Boston All Stars. Well deserved Lifetime Achievement awards to Kenny Neal, Harrison Kennedy and Jimmy Burns.Ed Stack
