Pajama Jam at the Maple Tree Cafe

Blues bands and Fans can be counted on to gather for a good cause.  Whether it is to help with food, heat or health, they are willing to assist.  Recently a dear friend of the blues, Bruce is undergoing a health battle.  He’s getting by with a little help from his friends while he focuses on healing.

Getting a crowd together adds to the richness of the community.  The event was a Pajama Jam.

People didn’t bother getting dressed up for this event, pajamas were the outfit of the day. The crowd gathered at the Maple Tree Cafe in their PJs for some pizza, music, dancing,  fun and to help a friend.

Plenty of time to  visit.

Bruce made the rounds

The musicians got into the spirit.

There were a lot of players.

More and more the talent was there.

I left a little early so not all the performers are pictured.

The Pajama Jam was so much fun – and the donations went to Bruce Rieder’s fight against cancer.
